Question
A discussion begins with a clearly defined question.
This business started because we kept running into ineffective discussions.
We saw it in public discourse, in politics, and in boardrooms.
So we started working on ways to help teams communicate better using the structures we learned in debate.
We built our approach based on our experience as world level competitive debaters and adapted it into practical tools for teams, leaders, and analysts.
Debate gives structure to conversations that usually go nowhere.
Instead of talking in circles, teams learn how to focus on what actually matters, listen to each other, and move the discussion forward.
Because the goal of a disagreement is not to win. It’s to reach a better agreement.
